Information and evidence
Health Signal Africa publishes health reporting, analysis and attributed research briefings. Articles are general information rather than personal medical advice. An institution’s announcement is attributed to that institution; it is not a guarantee of implementation. Research results retain the original study’s scope. A source review does not independently replicate results, certify a product or establish a procurement outcome.
Content rights
Research excerpts retain the authors, journal and licence attribution stated on the article. Follow that licence and the original source when reusing the excerpt. Other text, design and photographs may have different rights. Illustrative stock images are identified in their captions and asset records. A source link alone does not give a reader permission to reuse every item on the originating website.
Reader accounts
Accounts support saved reporting, follows and preferences. Use your own account and keep its password private. Do not submit another person’s medical records or confidential identifiers through general-purpose forms. Account creation does not automatically purchase membership or grant access to material that an editor has restricted to approved members.
Opportunities and commercial information
Opportunity portals link to the issuing organisation. Eligibility and deadlines belong to the original notice and can change. A form sent to Health Signal is not an application to a funder or employer. Editorial organisation profiles do not imply a paid relationship. Sponsored placements and house promotions disclose their relationship. A commercial enquiry does not create a booking, payment obligation or regulatory approval.
Updates and questions
The site may update an article when new evidence or a correction becomes available. Source and event dates are distinct from publication dates on Health Signal. Follow original authorities for current service information and time-sensitive notices. Use the correction form to identify a statement and provide the evidence that should be reviewed. Membership and campaign transactions, if introduced, require their own published terms and working payment arrangements.
